Scott Henwood

ALPENA — Scott Henwood has been hired as the new principal at Lincoln Elementary School, a Friday press release from Alpena Public Schools announced.

Henwood is an experienced educator with 19 years combined in teaching and administration, the release said. He is currently working on his doctorate in Educational Leadership. He has a background in coaching basketball and is excited to bring his wife, son and daughter to Alpena. Henwood enjoys the outdoors which should be a great fit for life in our outdoor paradise in Northeast Michigan.
