Carson and Emily Kayner

Emily Edmonds and Carson Kayner were united in marriage on October 4, 2025 at the Little Flower Barn venue in Mt. Pleasant with the bride’s aunt, Brenda Hanson, having the honor of officiating the ceremony.

Emily is a 2016 graduate of Alpena High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Saginaw Valley State University. Emily works at Covenant Hospital in Saginaw in the Emergency Department as a registered nurse.

Carson is a 2017 graduate of Garber High School and received his Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Delta Community College. Carson works for the Michigan State Police.

Emily’s parents are Rob and Billi Edmonds of Ossineke and Carson’s parents are Pat Kayner and Denise Maida of the Bay City area.
