LINCOLN — Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union (AAACU) recently donated a prize basket and $150 hole sponsorship to the Alcona Masonic Lodge for their annual golf scramble fundraiser to support their scholarship fund. In the past 36 years, the Masonic Lodge has been able to award a total of $229,929 in scholarships to deserving students.

This year marks their 39th Annual Golf Turnip-ment. Once again, the outing will be held at the Lost Lake Woods Club and is scheduled for July 11.
