MyMichigan Health is now accepting applications for its annual Corporate Giving Program, which supports organizations that share its commitment to improving the health and wellness of the communities it serves across 26 counties. Applications will be accepted now through June 1, 2026. Program details and application materials are available online at www.mymichigan.org/sponsorships

MyMichigan’s Corporate Giving Program provides community benefit grants and sponsorships to eligible organizations for projects that positively impact community health outcomes.

To qualify for funding, an organization’s project must address a priority health need identified in MyMichigan’s most recent Community Health Needs Assessment (2025). The three funding priorities through 2028 are: behavioral health, chronic disease prevention and access to care, as well as access to social services. In addition, eligible requests must meet the following criteria:

– Must be a qualified community health benefit or health-related community awareness or strategic direction activity. A community health improvement service should meet one of the following criteria: improve access to care, enhance public/population health, advance knowledge through education and research, and relieve government of burden for health.

– Promotes a culture of health.

– Provides a direct and measurable impact on the health of the community.

– Must be an IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization.

Grants must also meet one or more of the following community benefit/building objectives:

– Target low-income, medically underserved or special population.

– Supplies a service that would be discontinued if the decision was made on a purely financial basis.

– Accessible to the entire community regardless of their ability to pay. Stimulates external community partnerships.

– Improves access to care for underserved or at-risk populations.
