HARRISVILLE – Join The Alcona County Library for a creative afternoon called Make-It Monday. It is a three-part stencil card craft class that guides participants through making a beautiful layered greeting card using a three-part stencil design. The event is scheduled for on April 13 at 2 p.m. at the Harrisville branch of the Alcona County Library. This hands-on program is perfect for all skill levels–no experience necessary!
