Kelly Bushey

ALPENA – Today at 6 p.m. the Besser Museum for Northeast Michigan begins session one of Dr. Kelly Bushey’s four-session series.

The topic is The Dreamer and the Dream Analyst.

The museum will explore Sigmund Freud’s influence on Spanish artist Salvador Dalí, who read Freud’s book, The Interpretation of Dreams.

In this session, we explore Dalí’s artistic process of employing Freud’s theory of the subconscious impact of dreams and methods for interpreting them.
