The Bay View Center is hosting its annual plant and soup sale on Jan. 9 from 10 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

In a press release on Friday, the center said there will be excellent plants available this year and seven soups and baked goods for people who are hungry. The cost of the soups are $4 each or three for $10.

The Bay View Center is located at 710 North 2nd Avenue in Alpena. All proceeds to toward support of the center.
