Courtesy Photo On Dec.16, the Michigan Chapter XIII of the International Blues Knights gave a donation to the Alpena County Advocate Volunteers. Accepting the donation was Diane Sims and Tasha Lockhart. The Blue Knights are a benevolent Motorcycle Club made up of currently active and retired law enforcement officers.
