Alpena Baby Pantry seeks donations after fire

Courtesy photo Baby diapers and formula are stacked into the shape of a Christmas tree at Service Master in Alpena. The local business is working with the baby pantry and accepting donations to help restock needed supplies after a fire wiped out most everything the pantry had in its inventory.

The Alpena Baby Pantry is still trying to increase its stock of supplies after a recent fire in the building it rents from forced the charitable group to start from scratch.

In order to lend a hand, Service Master is accepting donations such as baby diapers and wipes. Baby formula is the item of biggest need. Cash donations are also being accepted.

Donations can be dropped off at Service Master which is working with the pantry to get back on its feet.
