LaFleches to celebrate 75th anniversary

George and Dorothy LaFleche will celebrate 75 years of marriage on Aug. 3, 2021. They were married in Detroit Michigan and returned home to the Hawks/Hillman area for a reception following their marriage. Both were employed and living in the Detroit area at the time of their marriage, George was just beginning his career as a CPA following discharge from the Army, having served in WWII in the Philippines. Dorothy was working as an operator for Bell Telephone Company in Detroit. They celebrated this event with a small reception for close friends and family and a dinner with family.
