ALCONA COUNTY -- Alcona County Library events rescheduled from last week:
AuSable Valley Audubon at the Library (Rescheduled)
The main branch of the Alcona County Library will present "Sandhill Cranes: Ancient Birds, Enduring Legacy" on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Harrisville branch. Presented by AuSable Valley Audubon, the program will explore one of conservation's success stories and one of our ancient bird neighbors. Make-It Monday (Rescheduled)
The Alcona County Library's Make-It Monday "Painted Leaves" craft has been rescheduled from Monday to Monday, Sept. 28 at 2 p.m. at the main library branch in Harrisville. Participants will use acrylic markers to decorate dried leaves. Materials will be provided, and the program is free to attend.
