ALPENA – The September meeting of Aid by the Dozen met on Sept. 10 at the 19th Hole. The hostess for the meeting was Nancy Balenger. The monthly donation included a variety of children’s socks and underwear that went to the Baby Pantry and Children’s Closet. Secret pals receiving gifts were Sherry Allen, Marlene Montie, Catherine Murphy, and Balenger. Leora Jacobs will host the next meeting on Oct. 21.
