HUBBARD LAKE - The public is welcome to attend a pork roast dinner fundraiser sponsored by the Hubbard Lake Sportsman & Improvement Association on Saturday, Aug. 8 at the Hubbard Lake Lions Park, located on Hubbard Lake Road.
The fundraiser will begin at 3 p.m. The dinner will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Dinner will consist of pulled pork, red skin potatoes, corn on the cob, coleslaw, applesauce, rolls, and desert. Coffee, iced tea, and juice will be provided. Take out dinners will also be available.
A bake sale featuring homemade goods will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. A silent auction with donated items from various crafters, local businesses, and individuals will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. A cash prize raffle will take place at 6 p.m. A used equipment sale will run from 3 to 6 p.m.
The cost for the dinner is $16 for adults if using a charge card or $15 if paying by cash or check. Children under the age of 10 years old eat for $5.
