HPC Credit Union announced on Thursday that it is sponsoring Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

This program is offered to kids from birth to age five living in Alpena and Presque Isle County. Once a child is registered they will receive an age-appropriate book in the mail each month until their fifth birthday.
