Pastor John Shipman, on the behalf of St. Paul Lutheran Church, made various donations to community partners this month and fostered community connections.
The Salvation Army
On Nov. 7, Shipman met with Major Prezza Morrison, corps officer of The Salvation Army, to present a $500 donation in support of the organization’s ministry. The gift was made possible through the St. Paul Lutheran Trust Committee.
St. Paul Lutheran’s Gratitude Lunch Ministry /strong>
On Nov. 11, St. Paul Lutheran’s Gratitude Lunch Ministry prepared and delivered a meal to the staff of Real Estate One and Banner Realty. In an email, Shipman expressed appreciation for community leaders and encouraged continued prayers for the ministry team “as they serve with a spirit of hospitality.”
