Harvest Dinner Sunday at Grace Episcopal

Grace Episcopal Church will host a Harvest Dinner from 3 to 6 p.m. on Sunday at the church, 13488 Long Rapids Road, Lachine. The cost is $15 per adult and $7 per child younger than age 10. The menu includes scalloped potatoes, baked ham, squash, baked beans, coleslaw, fresh rolls, and homemade pies and desserts.

WOVEN kickoff meeting Tuesday at New Life

All women and young women, junior high age and up, are warmly invited to the WOVEN (Women of Victory Experiencing Newness) kickoff meeting on Tuesday at New Life Christian Fellowship.

The event will begin with a shared meal at 5:30 p.m. followed by a special message of encouragement as women grow together in their faith in God.

Bring a friend and join other women for a lovely time at this free event in the lower level of the church, located at 317 S. Ripley Blvd., Alpena.
