ALPENA — Alpena Childcare and Development Center is holding a deer blind raffle now through Nov. 7, when the winner will be drawn at ACDC’s 3rd Annual Gala.

Tickets are $5 each, available at the ACDC office, and at the front desk of The Alpena News. You can also text ACDC’s Maci Cordes at 989-884-3673 to arrange to get tickets, or if you are interested in selling tickets.

You do not need to be present at the Gala to win the raffle.

All proceeds support the expansion of ACDC’s preschool services. As of Friday afternoon, fundraising in ACDC’s Capital Campaign was at $154,000, and ACDC Board Member Shannon Woodruff said she will be selling tickets at the Posen Potato Festival this weekend. She added that she hopes ACDC can hit $160,000 by October.
