ALPENA — The Kiwanis Club of Alpena proudly welcomed its newest member, Steve Mousseau, during its regular meeting on Monday, June 23. A lifelong resident of Alpena, Mousseau brings a deep commitment to the community along with fresh energy and new ideas to help advance the club’s mission of serving children and improving lives locally and around the world.
Mousseau was officially inducted by Kiwanis Club President Rocky Roland, who expressed enthusiasm about the positive impact his involvement will bring.
“We’re excited to have someone with Steve’s background and passion join our team,” Roland said. “His dedication to Alpena and his interest in service align perfectly with what Kiwanis stands for.”
With a strong history of civic involvement and community support, Mousseau looks forward to rolling up his sleeves and working alongside fellow members on projects and fundraisers that benefit youth and families in the area.
The Kiwanis Club of Alpena meets at noon on Mondays (except the third Monday of each month) at the 19th Hole Restaurant and welcomes guests and prospective members interested in giving back to their community. With Mousseau’s induction, the club continues its proud tradition of growth and service, one member at a time.
