HUBBARD LAKE — The public is welcome to attend a Pork Roast Dinner Fundraiser sponsored by the Hubbard Lake Sportsman and Improvement Association on Saturday, Aug. 9 at the Hubbard Lake Lions Park, located on Hubbard Lake Road.

A bake sale featuring homemade goodies will be held from 3 to 6 p.m., along with a silent auction with donated items from various crafters, local businesses and individuals at the same time. A used equipment sale will also be held from 3 to 6 p.m., followed by a cash prize raffle at 6 p.m.

The pork roast dinner will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Dinner will include pulled pork, red

skin potatoes, corn on the cob, coleslaw, applesauce, rolls and desert. Coffee,

iced tea and juice will be provided. Take-out dinners will also be available.

Cost of the dinner is $16 for adults if using a charge card or $15 if paying by cash

or check. Children under the age of 10 can eat dinner for $5.
