ALPENA — The Alpena Community College Foundation is accepting scholarship applications through March 1 for students who plan to attend ACC during the 2024-25 academic year.

The ACC Foundation offers more than 235 individually named scholarships, and many scholarships offer multiple awards. These scholarships have been generously provided by individuals, businesses, community groups, alumni, and a variety of private sources.

The ACC Foundation has been providing students with scholarship support since 1982, and it’s an important part of their mission. More than $4 million has been awarded in scholarships over the last 41 years. Scholarships are available in multiple categories such as need-based, academic-based, and extra-curricular or community-service based. The ACC Foundation encourages every student to apply for scholarship assistance.

The application portal can be accessed online at discover.alpenacc.edu/admissions/future_students/scholarships.php. The deadline to apply is March 1.
