Bolenz Holiday Parade tonight
ALPENA -- The annual Bolenz Holiday Parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. tonight through downtown Alpena down Chisholm Street and up 2nd Avenue. The tree lighting ceremony and arrival of Santa in Culligan Plaza will follow the parade.
Key Club bottle drive Saturday
ALPENA -- The Alpena High School Key Club will hold a bottle drive from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday in the front oval of the high school.
Daniel J. Morrell bell ringing Saturday
ROGERS CITY -- The Daniel J. Morrell bell ringing will take place at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the Great Lakes Lore Maritime Museum at 367 N. Third St. in Rogers City. The public is welcome and admission is free.
Legacy Live concert Saturday at Eagles
ALPENA -- Legacy Live will play '70s and '80s rock and roll music -- a free concert -- from 7 to 11 p.m. on Saturday at the Alpena Eagles, 1960 M-32 West, Alpena. The public is welcome. A cash bar will be available.
Breakfast Sunday at Posen VFW Hall
POSEN -- VFW Posen Post 7804 will host a breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon on Sunday, for $12 per adult, $6 per child ages 5 to 12, and free for children under age 5.
