Whitefish dinner Friday in R.C.

ROGERS CITY — Peace Lutheran Church will host a whitefish dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. (or until sold out) on Friday at 1401 M-68 Hwy, Rogers City. Sanctuary advisory council meeting Tuesday

ALPENA — The Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council will meet from 6 to 7:40 p.m. on Tuesday at the Great Lakes Maritime Heritage Center, 500 W. Fletcher St., Alpena. The public is welcome.

NOAA will provide updates on TBNMS and the annual national advisory council chairs meeting recently held in Oswego, New York, and conduct other council business.
