Community Calendar will run on Wednesday

ALPENA ­– Because of the Fourth of July holiday falling on Tuesday, there will be no newspaper on July 4. The Lifestyles Community Calendar that normally runs on Tuesday will run on Wednesday next week.

The Rock Show with Tommy K on July 4

ALPENA ­– True North Radio Network will host The Rock Show with Tommy K from 7 to 10 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4 at the Alpena Bandshell at Bay View Park.

This free Concert in the Park will be the ultimate rock tribute, providing a musical voyage through the decades with something for everyone. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on, and bring the family for a fun evening.
