Aid by Dozen Christmas party a success

ALPENA — The Christmas gathering of the Aid by the Dozen was held on Dec. 8 at the home of Lori Zeller.

The December donation went to the Meijer Simply Give program. Secret Pals were revealed, and everyone enjoyed opening gifts, after which names were chosen for next year.

Kay Ross won the hostess gift. The cake, provided by Geri Skiba, was won by Mariette Jore. Chris Dubey and Carole Kelly passed out Christmas treats to all in attendance. It was a joyous evening, which concluded with a group picture taken in front of the tree. Happy Holidays to all.

January’s meeting will be hosted by Catherine Murphy at 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 12 at JJ’s Steak and Pizza House.
