ALPENA — This year’s citywide garage sales will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, June 24, and Saturday, June 25.

Applications are posted at local businesses like Corner Depot, Wolverine State Credit Union, Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union on Bagley Street, Cabin Creek Coffee downtown, and Fitzpatrick’s Hardware on U.S.-23 South.

If participants choose to do both days, the fee is $20. One day of their choice is $15.

The Alpena Area Chamber of Commerce is the drop off point for the applications only, during their business hours. Cash is only being accepted.

The deadline is 1 p.m. on Monday, June 20. After you have read and understand the application, sign and drop it off with cash at the chamber office, 235 W. Chisholm St.
