ALPENA — The Alpena Community College Foundation is accepting scholarship applications through March 1, for students who plan to attend ACC during the 2022/2023 academic year.

The ACC Foundation offers 224 individually named scholarships, and many scholarships offer multiple awards. These scholarships have been generously provided by individuals, businesses, community groups, alumni, and a variety of private sources.

The ACC Foundation has been providing students with scholarship support since 1982, and it’s an important part of their mission. More than $3.4 million has been awarded in scholarships over the last 39 years. Most recently, for the 20/21 academic year, 377 scholarships were awarded, totaling $233,185.00.

Applications may be completed online at https://discover.alpenacc.edu/admissions/future_students/scholarships.php. The deadline to apply for scholarships is March 1.
