THE GOLDEN AGE OF HOLLYWOOD (1930s TO 1950s)

Grab your popcorn and settle in with Hepburn, Davis, Stanwick and more! Presenter Leeds Bird taught movie appreciation classes for several years. You will learn more about movie classics such as “Citizen Kane” and “The African Queen” which have stood the test of time. Paramount, MGM, Warner Bros., and 20th Century Fox were major studios ruling the roost. Each studio was a source of pride and profit for the man running it.
