Rachael Marwede

Rachael Marwede graduates with honors from U of Phoenix

Rachael Lee Marwede graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration.

She is the daughter of Janet Freeman of Alpena and Alan Marwede of Herron. She is the granddaughter of Patricia and the late Harry Williams.

Rachael is continuing her studies to obtain her master’s degree.

SVSU names president’s list

Two local students were among the more than 600 students from Saginaw Valley State University who earned a spot on the Fall 2020 semester President’s List, earning a 4.0 grade-point average while taking at least 12 credit hours.

Mary Brege of Rogers City and Kayla Bertrand of Presque Isle made the list.
