Today at 2 p.m.: “Line Dancing”

Debbie Kerr has been teaching line dancing classes for six years, four years for the ALL group. With the current stay-at-home orders, she has switched to teaching virtual classes. If you have been dancing for years or would like to give line dancing a try, this is the class for you! Wear some comfortable shoes and have a water bottle nearby and tune in for this class.

Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.: “Focus on Fun Camera Club”

This is an informal gathering of people interested in photography and videos. There is a wide range of skill sets, but members are always willing to share their photos and photography experiences along with assisting you with basic photographic concepts. So feel free to stop in (virtually) and see what people are doing with photography or show the group your latest shots and experiences!

Thursday at 10 a.m.: “Leader Dogs for the Blind”

Mike Dengate will provide a brief history of Leader Dogs for the Blind, the number of different programs involving leader dogs. Plus he will discuss the impact of COVID-19 on these programs.

After 40 years in the financial services area, Mike Dengate started working with Leader Dogs for the Blind in Rochester Hills in 2011. He has been involved in as a puppy care attendant, Lions capital campaign manager for Canine Development Center, and Lions engagement specialist.
