Alicia Ann DesOrmeau

Alicia Ann DesOrmeau recently graduated from Grand Valley State University, with a major in Geography, with an emphasis in Geospatial Technology, and a minor in Spanish. She earned a place on the dean’s list this semester as well.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 graduation ceremony will not take place until October.

Alicia is the daughter of John and Beth DesOrmeau of Novi, and the granddaughter of Tom and Joan Lavoie of Alpena.

She has accepted a position with Consumers Energy of Grand Rapids as a GIS technician expecting to begin work on May 26.
