WCMU Public Radio’s Warm Hearts, Warm Homes campaign is in full swing for its sixth season to fuel home-heating assistance across northeastern Michigan.

The money pledged by WCMU Public Radio listeners will be matched dollar-for-dollar by Consumers Energy and Isabella Bank to meet the growing need for home-heating assistance. The drive began Nov. 21 and will continue while matching funds remain.

The matching gifts, triggered by donations, will be distributed to northeast Michigan residents in need of heating assistance by Northeast Michigan Community Service Agency (NEMCSA).
