Corvette club lunch Wednesday

The Sunrise Side Corvette Club will host Drive Your Corvette to Lunch day from 11 to 1 p.m. Wednesday at CW’s Restaurant inside Ramada Inn.

Hillman Elementary carnival

A Back to School carnival and open house will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Hillman Elementary on Wednesday. This free event is open to all Hillman Elementary students. It will feature games, a dunk tank, a bounce house obstacle course, treats, tours of the school and free school supplies.

Dental programs Wednesday

The Superior Sunrise Dental Hygienists’ Association is sponsoring 2 CE’s on Wednesday, starting at Dental Clinics North, Alpena. Dr. Nicole Arsenault will present “Dental Clinics North: Serving the Underserved in Northern Michigan” from 6 to 6:45 p.m. The program concludes at Alcona Health Center–Dental, Alpena where Dr. Jennifer Broers will speak from 7 to 8 p.m. Broers will present “Dental Care at Alcona Health Center, A Federally Qualified Health Center in Rural Northern Michigan.” Attendees will tour each location. The entire dental team is welcome. The programs are free to Superior Sunrise members. The fee for all others is $30. Payment can be taken at the door.
