House Concerts at the Well will feature Birch Road Band on Feb. 10 at 7 p.m. at the home of Mark and Sue Jones.

Formed in 1985 because the Michigan Brown Trout Festival was in need of some local entertainment, the Birch Road Band provides an old-time country sound.

Members have changed over the years, but currently include Allen Konicek on banjo and mandolin, Jerry Keen on bass and vocals; Jeff Shea on mandolin and vocals; and Skip Brown on guitar and vocal. Mark Donajkowski, a fiddle player who lives in the Ann Arbor area, plays with the band whenever his schedule allows.
