The Alcona Tigers football team picked up its first victory Friday over the Atlanta Huskies by a score of 72-26 on Hometown Heroes night.  The Tiger offense came alive behind the running game of Brandon Fogle and Keegan Ritchie who each scored three touchdowns. The passing game also was able to find pay dirt with Grady Goddard hooking up with Gavin Dellar, Keegan Ritchie, and Lochlin Gordy. Adalai Liebler added the remaining touchdown. Alcona falls to tough Morrice team

The Alcona Tigers were defeated by a tough Morrice team on Friday by a score of 0-52. The Tigers offense struggled to get going, however the combination of Adalai Liebler and Brandon Fogle ran the ball with much determination. The defense was once again led by seniors, this time Landon Kimball got into the action as well as Keegan Ritchie who each had five tackles, according to Head Football Coach Jason Somers.
