ALPENA — With a 30% voter turnout in Alpena County, voters chose to approve the renewal for both the Youth and Recreation and Older Persons millages on Tuesday for the August primary. ALPENA — Voters in Alcona County voted to approve a pair of millage requests during Tuesday’s primary election. The tax funds will be used to fund the Alcona County Library and law enforcement.
