Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

Six years in and the workforce is at a 35 or 40 year low.

The "income gap" has widened by double digits.

The national debt, (which Obama called "un-American")has doubled.

Circus clown? Hmmm. Looks like we got one anyway.

This coming from the man who wanted Palin, Trump, Cain and a bunch of other circus clowns for president.

Freeman, No, Obama would not have slaughter women and children in Iraqi in a pointless war.

You must consider the fact that Bush should never have been president of the USA, he was not competent for the position and to compound it he was surrounded by a group of sociopaths.

This is why I sigh when I hear people like Palin, Trump and Herman Cain put up as candidates for president of this country.

You gentlemen just keep on defending this administration. You, and they, are becoming a laughing stock.

Administration awards a no-bid contract to Accenture for ANOTHER $90 MILLION.

"...The major problem was that without a functioning financial management platform for the site, the document said, “the entire healthcare reform program is jeopardized” by “significantly increasing” a number of risks, “potentially putting the entire health insurance industry at risk.”..."

We can say the Iraq war was unnecessary today surefoot, hindsight is 20/20.

Obama would have, if he were president, probably done the same thing.

Bad news rshill can’t make it because of government regulations; they said he had to have a driver’s license to drive to his job at Wal-Mart.

Comprehending the logic of freeman and resell is likening to observing the main characters in the movie Dumb and Dumber in action.

Oh geez you’re a spud Freeman, we said that the Iraqi was an unnecessary war, which killed women and children.

Well people die in car wrecks do mean we shouldn’t remove reckless drivers from the road. When women and children die in wars then we should avoid them?

As for your teens and twenties being filled with death and destruction, I’m sorry for that, but why would that justify making other go through the same and worthless torment that make them suffer the rest of their life.

Why don't you go to Sochi and try to make friends with the jihadists who are promising an attack. Go fix it for us normanlake.

Or have you forgotten, maybe you never knew, that the Russians have been fighting Islamist extremists for about 200 years. I'll bet you never knew.

I'm starting to think you and foot are just a couple of unemployed teenagers with a whole lot of time to kill and nothing much to do.

~BREAKING NEWS~

This just in from normanlake: "people die in war"!!! Who knew????!!!

I, for one, AM SHOCKED!!!!!!

19 - 33 Million civilian deaths during the 6 years of WW2 normanlake.

War is never clean. Did you forget the 3000 9/11 casualties? War is war. That's why nobody wants it. That does not mean you never have to fight one.

Sophomoric? Look in the mirror nor"man"Fake.

He sure was not on the front lines in Iraq either, Foot, while 'free'man the Gullible tries to put the wrong shoe on the wrong foot, he has a sophomoric take on these chaotic times, and sheeplike follows what his 'sources' tell him. Neither one of the right wing pundits in this little forum has any reasonable response to our queries about the DEATH and DESTRUCTION wrought on many innocent civilians, at the behest of such despicable 'leaders' as Cheney/Bush, and their cronies. The media FAILS at reporting, as they are reduced to giving us the spin of the day.

foot, did you say something? What was that? Wha..?

Stop babbling man, c'mon.

RS, it amazes me that anyone can say that the "stimulus worked".

Record numbers of people have left the work force. We are debating "emergency" unemployment benefits extensions. Our standing as "business friendly" in the world has dropped.

Our government, instead of addressing the "great recession", passed the ACA and threw the entire economy into panic.

They then point to the stock market as an indicator of their success when, in fact, it is a glaring indicator of their abject failure.

All the while blaming the republicans who have controlled 1/2 of 1/3 or the government for 4 years and NOTHING FOR THE FIRST 2 YEARS.

Astounding, absolutely astounding.
