Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

Barack Pinocchio O'Goebbels is now getting pressure from his own liarcrats to "allow" people to keep their health insurance if they like it. You know, either change it or delay it. Isn't that the very same pressure he was getting from the House, supported by Ted Cruz/Mike Lee and Co.? He turned a deaf ear to that didn't he? He and Reid shut down the government over it.

Are those liarcrats now the terrorists, and/or all those other ridiculous names conservatives were called? Or are those conservative ideas, just a few weeks ahead of their time? The liarcrats are just being level-headed now huh? Same ideas. One group demonized, the other, just finally, through mass public pressure, having a perfectly, well-founded, must-get-reelected, eureka moment?

See the blatant hypocrisy? Need a stronger word than hypocrisy to describe this? I do. How about demagogueocrisy? Dummydogocrisy? Lyinglibbydemmygogslanderocrisy? How about supercalaliaristicexpialabullshous?

You choose.

Rachel Welch fought with T Rex so dinos couldn't have been extinct for 65 million years. Technology killed christianity, it's not the fault of the rational people.

freem...Who do you think has been holding the bag for the much larger population of medicaid recipients before Rombama care. When you add them to medicaid you subtract them from the emergency room. Typical fuzzy math of the right wing.

freem.."Matters of the state" of Virgina for Ken Cuccinelli were telling a husband and wife what kind of sex they could have. Don't try to project what you Big Government Chrislicans do onto me. I simply respond to that garbage.

Incredible gods as in lacking credibility.

"A few days ago, Obama quietly slipped a change into the regulations on Obamacare, gives a back door pay-off to unions.

The unions were very unhappy because under Obamacare, the favorable programs that they had negotiated with employers were going to go away. They wanted the subsidies that the people in the exchanges could get.

So how did Obama address this anger?

J. Justin Wilson, from the Center For Union Facts, said now the unions will be given a tax break, exempting the unions from having to pay $600 million dollars in fees they would otherwise have to pay under the law. This would leave the fund that is intended to prevent Obamacare from going into a death spiral even more lacking in money, especially given the failure of young healthy people to sign up."

Excerpt from "Double Down" discussing Romney's vetting of Christie:

Now I see that extreme Creationists (the six day-ers) are casting out the goofy Pat Robertson for daring to admit that 'maybe' the world is older than 6,000 years. They have posted an elaborate timeline that purports to explain the billions of years old Universe into a literal 6 day framework, a slick multi colored foldable monstrousity with a precise time frame of Creationism (I say Cretinism). Ain't Science wonderful?

Now hold on there jaxspp, you just can’t start kicking on Stevie Fletcher like that, he has a lot of money in Alpena.

No Sir, first you have to look down and make sure that rshill or Freeman aren’t down licking his boots or you may kick one of them in the head.

Stevie Fletcher says he is going to stop his column for awhile. Maybe they can check 3rd base for someone else who was born there and thinks they hit a triple.

Christie backed away from the gay marriage fight, and I believe supported instate tuition for illegal immigrants. I'll bet if I take a poll here in ATL that won't fly very well. It's a long way to 2016, I'll bet (dare I say it) Jebbie Bush could give him a run for his money in the South.

Another thing going for Christies is that he thinks the Tea Party is full of fools.

surefoot

Do not underestimate Christie he has charisma with the ability to project himself as good uncle in a family. After the storm he appeared genuinely devastated and concerned about the people that lived there.

He is not remotely anything like Mitt who didn’t even know the name of the pastries sitting on the table in front of him; they are called Doughnuts you buffoon.

Now that the economy has recovered and people are again able to work the Tea Baggers are left to turning over rocks with the hope they can find something to blame President Obama for.

Posted 164 days ago.

Why would g*i*r*t*h be censored?

Posted 164 days ago.

surefoot, it seems that way, but there is a reason Romney vetted and rejected Christie other than his *****, which there are reports Romney mocked. Whatever it is about Christie will come out, and NJ will be vetted and discovered to still be a dump hole with little improvement under Christie.

Greetings from Dixie, Atlanta GA.

Haven't watched Billy since the 60's. I think you're right about Franklin, norm, because I don't recall Billy ever endorsing anyone until Romney, then he endorsed him and took Mormonism being a cult off his website. Franklin was smart enough to get straight and hop on the gravy train.

I will most likely watch Thursday Night Football.
