Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

"The case is Sissel v. U.S. Department of Health & Human Services."

Ummm. It's an actual case being litigated. Look that word up too "litigated". While you're at it, look up the word "courts".

"Because Obamacare's individual mandate is a tax — and, indeed, Obamacare includes more than $500 billion in new taxation, in all — the law should have been initiated in the House, where Article I, Section 7, of the Constitution says new taxes must “originate,” in order to keep the taxing power close to the people. However, in defiance of this constitutional requirement, Majority Leader Harry Reid launched the law in the Senate, by taking an entirely unrelated House bill on housing for veterans, stripping it, and inserting the language that became Obamacare." (Pacific Legal Foundation)

Ok, little dummy? If you want a leftwing source, ask Obama. He is always accurate...as H*ll.

Run along now...straight up O's a-s-s....you know...home.

Now for RS:

"If your sweetheart sends a letter of goodbye It's no secret you'll feel better if you cry When waking from a bad dream Don't you sometimes think it's real? But it's only false emotions that you feel

If your heartaches seem to hang around too long And your blues keep getting bluer with each song Remember sunshine can be found behind a cloudy sky So let your hair down and go on and cry"

As I said.

No legitimate news source is carrying it. Things are introduced all the time that don't fly, such as, regrettably, Kucinich's bill to impeach Bush.

But your continued OCD regarding Obamacare is noted. No one else cares.

"In addition to Representative Franks, House members who have joined the brief as amici in support of PLF’s Obamacare challenge include: Michele Bachmann (MN); Joe Barton (TX); Kerry L. "Washington, D.C.: November 11, 2013: Pacific Legal Foundation's legal challenge to Obamacare received important backing in the form of an amicus brief filed by Congressman Trent Franks, R-Arizona, Chairman of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, joined by several dozen other members of the House."

"The amicus brief was filed Friday in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, in PLF's case, Sissel v. U.S. Department of Health & Human Services."

"This support from members of the House is especially significant because PLF's lawsuit defends the constitutional authority of the lower chamber, the legislative body that is closest to the people. We argue that Obamacare was enacted in a way that deprived the House of its authority to ‘originate' new taxation. By extension, taxpayers were deprived of a core constitutional protection against reckless and oppressive use of the federal taxing power."

Googled RS's latest brainwashing, the Origination Clause. A handful of Tea Bagger sites are carrying the story, no legitimate source.

Since Ocommiecare was deemed a tax, as well as deemed to have passed, at least one lawsuit is moving along nicely on the grounds that it had to originate in the House. It did not. It violates the Origination Clause.

Next month, this disaster of a law will be violating the Santa Claus....for millions and millions of good, hard working folks.

Obama doubling the debt was a wild understatement on my part. By 2016 the current debt will indeed double, however, if you include future unfunded liabilities O' has added, the word "doubling" wouldn't even begin to adequately describe it.

So, also look up the word, "understatement" and the word, "liabilities". Liabilities are...wait for it...Debts.

You've got a lot of homework to do dumbass. Get crackin!

When you have some extra time, lie to us about the Fed and quantitative easing mmkay?

And next time you read something from me, try reading it for comprehension.

I want to abolish the Fed. You no doubt pray to it, i.e, when not praying to Obama, Reid, Jarrett and Pelosi.

You're not even a useful idiot for your side. You're a useless one.

Debt 2013 roughly $17 trillion

09/30/2012 16,066,241,407,385.89

09/30/2011 14,790,340,328,557.15 09/30/2010 13,561,623,030,891.79 09/30/2009 11,909,829,003,511.75

Lie.

Obviously you don't know the difference between debt and deficit. Look up both of those words too. Use the internet. Merriam-Webster posts some useful "stuff".

Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, Rand Paul, Louie Gohmert and company are starting to look like the wisest of them all...even to some of the Borg, b-slapped by reality. In McCarthy's day, the Borg were much more surreptitious. One really had to dig to uncover them. Now reality has taken his place. We have tens of millions of everyday eyewitnesses.

May the Borg be with you. The Force is with me.

The military is being intimidated into O's socialistic, political stance...many officers, both retired, fired, and active confirm this.

So, I'll take their word on something so obvious, rather than entertaining more of your lies. You can entertain the lies yourself. Take 'em to a movie or something. Drop 'em off at 57's cave.

This is getting tiresome. Norm might be right, shooting down a fear monger every day has no benefit, the fear monger will always be a fear monger. Although Rain Man did learn how to dance, there is always hope for RS.

"Then you explode the debt while degrading the value of each new dollar printed, to the tune of 80+ billion new dollars each and every month."

Add Federal Reserve to the list of things RS knows nothing about.

Posted 163 days ago.

"Debt has doubled,"

Lie.

Posted 163 days ago.

There are so many stupid RS comments here it would take hours to point out their stupidity. But let's just take one, for example:

"He's also eliminated a couple hundred generals, admirals etc. Anyone over the position of Colonel will become purely political. (Paraphrased from Gen. Vallely) ".

Only someone as mathematically impaired as a Republican would demand massive cuts in defense spending, but not expect a cut in officers from an all-time high with two wars winding down.

Yes, little feller, you may be excused, just as soon as you eat the rest of your countrymen...I mean, peas.

Posted 163 days ago.

rshill7

Then you explode the debt while degrading the value of each new dollar printed, to the tune of 80+ billion new dollars each and every month.

If money were stock, he'd be diluting the living h*ll out of it, devaluing each and every share.

Debt has doubled, future liabilities are 100 trillion or more. So what do you do if you want America to collapse and then claim that capitalism has failed? Well, you do precisely what Obama and Co. has been doing.

You pursue the "Dreams..." of your father.

Wake up little camper, or admit to being a commie yourself. You are on the wrong side.
