A solution to America’s border problem
Excavate a ditch 10 feet deep in the middle of the Rio Grande river. Take the dirt on barges to Louisiana where they need it to fortify their levees against storms. Louisiana has an excess of alligators. Bring the alligators back to the Rio on the barges. Problem solved!
