PUCKETT, David Allen, 65, of Paintsville, Kentucky, formerly of Hillman, Michigan, died unexpectedly Jan. 4, 2022.
He is survived by three sons Allen, Nathan, and Brian (Ashley), two brothers Ron and Bob.
