THOMAS E. FRANTZ

Thomas was born on July 12, 1954, in Alpena to the late Edward (Bud) and Dora Frantz.

Thomas was employed for many years in the laboratory at Alpena General Hospital and, upon retirement, also worked at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Thomas and his wife enjoyed spending the winter in Florida. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, gardening, woodworking projects, playing cribbage and spending time with his family, especially his three grandchildren.

Thomas is survived by his wife Debora (LaFleche), of Alpena, his daughter Ashley (Matthew) Burg, of Bath, Michigan, his son Trevor (Andrea) Frantz, of Whitmore Lake, Michigan, grandchildren Ethan Burg, Ava Burg, and Carter Frantz, his sister Linda (Ron) Morell, of Mount Pleasant, father and mother-in-law Donald (Joan) LaFleche, of Alpena, and several brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

According to his wishes, cremation arrangements have been handled by Beyers Funeral Home in Bushnell, Florida and no service will take place. If you wish to honor his memory, please make a donation to your favorite charity in his name or enjoy some time outdoors with your family and loved ones.
