James Allen Bursey Sr.
BURSEY, James Allen, Sr., 74, of Ocqueoc, died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021.
Jim is survived by five children, James (Danielle) Jr. of Indian River, Renee (Jamie) Szymanski of Millersburg, Shanna of Florida, Heidi (Cory) Davis of Rogers City, and Amanda (Tom) Brewbaker of Millersburg, 14 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, Stormi Raine Whitley and Jarred Bursey, and a sister, Claudia (Bob) Vancil of Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl; a son, Jeffrey; parents, George and Alice, and siblings, Mary, David and Richard.
A memorial service to remember Jim and Cheryl is set for 5:00 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2 at the Beck Funeral Home.
