MARY ELIZABETH WORM

Mary Elizabeth Ghastin was born on Jan. 13, 1932 in Traverse City, Michigan to the late James and Bridgette (Brzezinski) Ghastin. On Aug. 19, 1950, she married Arthur Worm. He preceded her in death on March 27, 1991. Mary was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and now All Saints Parish.

Surviving are her six children, Linda Wilson, Kenneth (Deborah) Worm, John (Marilyn) Worm, Susan (Derek) Mills, Judith (Maxwell) Case, James (Diane) Worm, 15 grandchildren, Shawn (fiancee Amy Gonzalo) Wilson, Matthew (Tara) Wilson, Timothy (Andrea) Wilson, Steve (Amy) Worm, Jennifer Worm, Matthew (fiancee Cainnear Hogan) Worm, Michael Worm, Alissa Worm, Jeremy (Jennifer) Worm, Cass (Monique) Mills, Shaun (Brittany) Mills, Danielle Case, Michelle (Arne) Chacon, Shawn Choron, Joshua Choron, 22 great-grandchildren, Anna, Allison, Finley, Dylon, Emma, Caleb, Marissa, Aric, Kyrie, Bradley, Maddie, Kyra, Zander, Carter, Declan, Jonah, Ruby Jude, Trinity, Levi, Joshua Jr., Daulton, Leighton; eight great-great grandchildren, brother, Jack (Carolyn) Ghastin, two sisters-in-law, Anita Ghastin, Cynthia Ghastin, and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Worm was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Daniel Wilson, grandson, Andrew Worm, sister, Theresa Richards, and three brothers, Martin Ghastin, Burl Ghastin, and James Ghastin.

Visitation will take place Monday at Bannan Funeral Home from 10 a.m-12 p.m. and continuing at St. Anne Church of All Saints Parish from 1 p.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Stan Bereda officiating. Live streaming will be available at bannanfuneralhome.com.
