MICHAEL JOHN RYERS

Michael John Ryers, age 63 died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2021 at his residence. He was born on Jan. 18, 1958 to the late John and Vivian (Bouchard) Ryers in Essexville. Mike graduated from Essexville Garber High School, Class of 1977. He had a heart of gold and would do anything to help others. He thoroughly enjoyed life.

Surviving Mike are his sister Janice (Francis) Woodaz of East Tawas, niece Kayla Woodaz, nephews: Michael and Canen Woodaz all of East Tawas, stepniece Nicole (Randy) Fifefield of Laramie, Wyoming, Aunts and Uncles. Mike was preceded in death by his sister Brenda Ryers and several aunts and uncles.

Rite of Committal will take place at 11 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 8, 2021 at St. Patrick Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to American Cancer Society or Bay County Humane Society. For online sentiments: trahanfc.com
