MILLIGAN, Hugh, 78, of Spruce, died on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2020 at his home.
A funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2020 at Spruce Presbyterian Church followed by a graveside service and interment at Pleasant View Cemetery with the Rev. Ken Krause officiating.
