PHILOMENA ANN FLEMING
Philomena “Philly” Ann Fleming (Markey), formerly of Alpena, Michigan, died from her battle of cancer on April 2, 2020 at her home with her loving husband and special sister Jeannie by her side.
Philly is survived by her husband Cleaver, mother, Mary Lou Markey, of Ceylon, Minnesota, sons Jay (Stephanie) Markey of Odin, Minnesota, Dan (James) Oldenburg, of Sioux, South Dakota, and Daniel Fleming, of Marquette, Michigan, brothers, Joe (Krissy) Markey, of Oscoda, Michigan, John Markey, of McBain, Michigan, and Tom (Nickell) Markey, of Alpena, Michigan, sisters, Tami Markey, of Alpena, Michigan, Jeannie Anderson of St. James, Minnesota, and Lisa Markey, of Oscoda, Michigan, three “Special K” grandchildren, Kole, Kevin, and Kera, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by father Alfred Markey, brother David Markey, and nephew Mike Anderson.
A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held later.
Graveside service will be held in Rogers City, Michigan later.
