ELEANORE M. WIKARYASZ

Eleanore M. Longpre was born July 11, 1940 in Hillman to the late Gordon and Clara (Kline) Longpre. She married Stanley J. Wikaryasz on Aug. 21, 1965. She worked as a Human Resources Leader at Louisiana-Pacific, formerly Abitibi-Price Corp. for 44 years. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church-Royston and also attended Immanuel Lutheran Church on a regular basis.

Eleanore is survived by her husband, Stanley; children, David Wikaryasz, Julie Biber and son-in-law, Fielding Rains; four grandchildren, Alexa (James) Lueken, Brooke, Carson and Drew Biber; and one great-grandchild, Scarlett Lueken. She is also survived by Kenneth (Deloris) Longpre, Howard (Roberta) Longpre, James Wikaryasz, Eleanore Bouchard, June Nowosielski, Marjorie Nasser and Florence Wikaryasz.

Mrs. Wikaryasz was preceded in death by brothers-in-law, Harry Wikaryasz, Joseph Wikaryasz, Robert (Mary Ann) Wikaryasz, Lloyd (Thelma) Wikaryasz, Gertrude (Joseph) Boyk, Betty (Anthony) Pilarski, Wilfred Robinette, Keith McGill, Michael Nasser, Joseph Nowosielski.

Visitation will take place on Friday, March 20, 2020 at the Bannan Funeral Home from 2-8 p.m. with a prayer service taking place at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Saturday, March 21, 2020 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. with Rev. James Erickson officiating.

Interment will take place in Alpena.
