DYLAN JERALD WATSON

Dylan Jerald Watson, 24, of Alpena went to his heavenly home peacefully after a long battle with a pituitary tumor, Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at Metro Hospital in Wyoming surrounded by his loving family.

Dylan was born on Nov. 30, 1995, in Alpena to Edward and Dawn (Standen) Watson. He worked at Northeast Community Mental Health as a Community Support Worker for the past six years. Dylan was a member of Alpena Free Methodist Church. He loved collecting flashlights, knives, and tools. Dylan enjoyed cooking, being in nature, camping, going on rides and had a love for people.

Surviving are his parents, Ed and Dawn; sister, Chelsea; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Dylan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harvey and Peg Standen and Jerald and Lena Watson.

Visitation will take place Monday at Bannan Funeral Home from 2-8 p.m. and continues Tuesday at Alpena Free Methodist Church from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Richard George officiating.
