EVA MAE CHRZAN

Eva Mae Grzeskowiak was born in Alpena on April 23, 1933 to the late John and Eva (Sylvester) Grzeskowiak and married Adolph Chrzan on Nov. 6, 1954. He preceded her in death on Feb. 29, 2016. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church of All Saints Parish and enjoyed flower gardening and baking bread.

Surviving are her six children, Donald (Sherri) Grzeskowiak, Diana (Robin) Zielaskowski, Denise (Danny) Thiem, Brian (Tina) Chrzan, Lori (Steven) Mischloney, Kevin Chrzan; 15 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; six siblings, George (Betty) Grzeskowiak, Joseph (Diane) Grzeskowiak, Robert Grzeskowiak, William (Elaine) Grzeskowiak, Frances Mahalak, Albert (Gayle) Grzeskowiak; several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Chrzan was preceded in death by four brothers, Tony Grzeskowiak, Louis Grzeskowiak, John Grzeskowiak, Walt Grzeskowiak; and a sister, Rose Elliott.

Visitation will take place on Friday at St. John the Baptist Church of All Saints Parish from 10 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 1 p.m. with Rev. Joseph Muszkiewicz officiating. Arrangements are being handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.

Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery
