The family of Barbara A. Spragg — who died Dec. 18, 2017, in Naples, Fla. — will be having a memorial service on Friday, June 29, 2018, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 727 S. Second Avenue, Alpena at 2 p.m with a celebration of life reception to follow.
